Originally the Pfeffel family came from Wachau in Lower Austria and resettled in 1991 in the valley of mountains, in the Leutasch valley on the Seefelder Plateau. Six years ago they built the foundation-stone of their Adventure hotels with the hotel "Hubertushof". The Pfeffel family expanded in autumn 2004 with the hotel „Kristall“ and in summer 2007 with the 3-stars hotel "Alpina" and grew to their present size. The adventure and wellness hotels of the family Pfeffel covers all together 93 rooms with about 180 beds. From generation to generation the sons and doughters will be taught from a young age the worth of catering trade and a life in conformity with the hotel trade.
