General conditions

Booking enquiries:

• The basis is exclusively the details, descriptions and conditions given in our pricelist.
• For us, your reservation is binding as soon as
  
  • you put it in writing (by letter, fax or E-mail) to us.
  • You will then receive written confirmation from us.
• For bookings a short notice, the written confirmation must be sent to us (by fax or E-mail) on the same day as your enquiry. You will then receive confirmation of your reservation by return. (AGB!)

Payment:

• in settlement of your hotel bill we accept cash payments, EC - Cards, Visa and Mastercard.
• Restaurant bills and the cost of various purchases (e.g. ointments, massages...) are booked to your room number and must be paid in cash, not with EC cards, at the end of your stay. You can, of course, settle these daily using EC-, Visa- or Mastercard.
• Garages spaces: € 7,50 per day (space is limited, please book when reserving your room).
• Arrival and Departure: in planning your journeys, kindly note that rooms are available for occupation form 15.00 on the day of arrival and are to be vacated, at the latest, by 11.00 on the day of departure.
• Tipp: Please take out our trip cancellation insurance. It secures you against cancellation fees, should you not be able to holiday with us for some reason. Cancellation fee:
  up to 1 month prior to the start of the holiday there are no cancellation fees, thereafter it is 90% of the price of board and lodging.
• Dogs: Only on request! € 10,00 per day without food. When dogs are brought, the hotel reserves the right, in each case, to make a charge for any final cleaning which may be necessary. Your dog´s own blanket or basket must be brought with you. Please understand that your four-legged friends cannot be admitted to the pinr-room or the spa and pool area!
