Infrared sauna

With ‚Infrared sweating“ your body is „washed“ of undesirable resilient waste products, which relieves the strain on your organs and supports deep-pore cleansing of your skin, producing smoother, purer and more youthful skin. Along with an increased calorie use, your body’s circulation and regeneration is activated and its defences are strengthened in a gentle manner, and this promotes relaxation in people who feel upset or depressed.
Steam Bath
The Romans were aware of the relaxing effect of the warmth from steam, which has a positive effect on your hair, skin and breathing apparatus. At a temperature of between 40 and 50° C, and an air moisture rate of around 100%, this is the ideal conditions for physical regeneration. Use the cold water hose, in the style of Kneipp, to activate your circulation.
