Booking request
- This is based exclusively on the details, descriptions and terms set out in our price list.
- We regard your reservation as binding as soon as,
- You have confirmed this in writing (letter, fax, e-mail)
- You then receive a written confirmation acknowledgement from us.
- When making a booking at short notice written confirmation is to be made on the same day as the request (by fax, e-mail). You then receive a written confirmation acknowledgement straight away.
Payment
- Your hotel bill can be settled in cash, or with EC or credit cards. (Visa, Euro and Mastercard)
- Payment for restaurant bills and various purchases (creams, massages,...) made using your room number is taken at the end of your stay (cash, no EC cards). You can pay for these on the day using EC-, Visa- or Mastercard.
- Garage spaces: € 8 per day (limited availability, please book with your room reservation).
- Please make a note in your travel plan:
- Rooms are ready for occupancy from 3:00 p.m.
- Please vacate your room by 11:00 a.m.
- Your package deal starts on the day you arrive with cake in the afternoon and ends on your departure day after breakfast.
- Tip: Take out our travel cancellation insurance. This provides cover for cancellation fees should you not be able to holiday with us for any reason. There are no cancellation fees due up to 1 month before the start of your holiday, thereafter 90% of the board price is charged
- Dogs: € 10 per day without feed (Please being dog baskets and bedding with you). When you bring your dog with you the hotel reserves the right to charge for any possible final cleaning which may be required. Please being dog baskets and bedding with you. We regret that your four-legged companion is not permitted in the Zirbenstube or in the health & beauty area!
- Your confirmed reservation is binding for both partners in accordance with the stipulations in the Austria Hotel Regulations. Court of jurisdiction: Innsbruck. To save having to pay any cancellation fees we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
