All prices are in EURO and per person and day including ¾-half board exclusive local visitor’s tax (currently € 1.50 per person / day from the age of 16, subject to change).
- Your reserved room will be available on arrival from 15.00 clock
and on departure day until 11.00 clock at your disposal. - Supplement for stays less than 3 days: € 8,- per person / day
- Dogs € 10, - per day (without food)
- Out of consideration for other guests is the residence of dogs in the dining room and Wellness not allowed. The owner must pay for damages caused by the dog.
- Parking at the house for free.
- Free transfers on arrival and departure to / from the train station Mittenwald and Seefeld in Tirol
- Cancellation conditions: Cancellations from 3 months before the holiday up to 1 month before arrival 40%, from 1 month before departure 90% cancellation fee. In case of premature departure unfortunately we have to charge, 100% of the price. New: We recommend our guests a complete travel insurance and cancellation insurance and point out that is charged for late arrival or early departure, the entire room.
